eating disorders + body image
At Solstice, Katie feels passionate about treating clients who are struggling with food and body related distress. This distress can range from clients experiencing lower level body image concerns and disordered eating, to clients who have active eating disorders. Katie works with clients who are stepping down from a higher level of care, and with clients who have never sought any therapy for these concerns. Help is available and we are here for you. Katie uses a HAES-aligned, non-diet approach with eating disorder treatment. You will receive compassionate care for all food and body image concerns.
Eating Disorder Recovery for the Family: Eating disorders impact relationships in a variety of ways. At Solstice, Katie value connection and collaboration.
